We never see your credit card information; all of our payment processing is done by either Stripe or Paypal, two of the most used and trusted online payment processing systems. All of your information is transferred to them via SSL encryption. So your information is safe, and you know that you will only be charged for what you buy and do not put your payment information at risk.
We process our orders within 2-3 business day of receiving them, so they end up in the mail pretty soon after your order is placed. We ship everything via Canada Post, and the estimated delivery times are displayed on checkout. We cannot guarantee your items will arrive as stated in the estimate but we will always do our best to beat the estimate.
Returns remain at the discretion of Moonshine. If you order the wrong thing by accident, or change your mind, just send us back the product in the original packaging with your invoice, and we’ll exchange or refund your purchase, minus the shipping charges. If the product is damaged or defective please send us an email with all the relevant information and we will do our best to make it up to you. For event tickets, you can ask for a refund by email 24h before the event at the latest.

This happens whenever you browse our website but also when you register to our sms announcement system or purchase an item. The personal information we collect will be used to communicate with you about your order and we reserve the right to get in touch with you for good reasons and in a non-intrusive / opt-out way.
